Clinic Hours
The Mt. Sterling Clinic is open 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and the office is closed from 12:30 until 1:30 for lunch. The office is open 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. each Friday.
Appointments
To make an appointment with your physician contact us at (859) 498-0200, during regular office hours. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call our office as early as possible to reschedule. Please bring all your prescription and non-prescription medications in original bottles to each office visit.

Copays are due at check-in.
Because paperwork will take a few minutes, please arrive early. We ask that you print and fill out any new patient forms here in advance of your appointment. As emergencies do occur, there may be occasions when your appointment time will be delayed. We will always try to keep you informed in the event of a delay, and will be happy to reschedule your appointment, if you prefer. We ask that you respect the appointment time we have reserved for you and that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or change your appointment.
Medication Refills
Don't let your medications run out. Please make sure you ask for medication refills you will need prior to your next appointment at each visit. If you find yourself low on medications or have no further refills between appointments, please give your pharmacy 48 hours notice to contact us for refills electronically. Patients must been be seen to receive new prescriptions or refills on narcotics.
Automated Reminders
Our office utilizes an automated system which calls to remind you of your upcoming appointments with our office. This system calls you up to one week prior to your next appointment to give you the day, date, and time of your appointment.
Medical Care After Hours
For illness after hours that are not an emergency, please go to the nearest urgent treatment center.

In case of an emergency, call 911, or go directly to Saint Joseph Mount Sterling Hospital, 225 Falcon Drive, Mount Sterling, Kentucky.
